About the Role

Join Boulder Care as a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in Addiction Medicine. This remote telehealth role focuses on providing medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder and substance use disorders in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage care for patients with complex substance use disorders.
• Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications regularly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Provide care primarily via telehealth including video, phone, and text.
• Complete thorough documentation and participate in team communications.

Requirements

• Active NP license and PMHNP certification in one of the approved states including Kansas.
• Minimum 1 year addiction treatment experience prescribing buprenorphine independently.
• 3+ years clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work part-time (4-25 hours/week) with at least one recurring evening shift.
• Dedicated private workspace with high-speed internet.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly pay between $68 and $80 depending on experience.

Work Schedule
