Key Responsibilities

• Assist with order verification for inpatient hospital units.

• Coordinate with decentralized clinical pharmacists to assure continuity of care Perform pharmacokinetic, antimicrobial, and anticoagulation monitoring and pharmacy consulted therapeutic management.

• Support the operations of the central pharmacy as needed Participate in the orientation and training of new pharmacy employees as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of hospital pharmacy practice experience preferred OR Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency program is preferred Pediatrics experience is highly preferred
