About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Assist with order verification for inpatient hospital units.

Coordinate with decentralized clinical pharmacists to assure continuity of care Perform pharmacokinetic, antimicrobial, and anticoagulation monitoring and pharmacy consulted therapeutic management.

Support the operations of the central pharmacy as needed Participate in the orientation and training of new pharmacy employees as needed.

Requirements

2 years of hospital pharmacy practice experience preferred OR Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency program is preferred Pediatrics experience is highly preferred
