Key Responsibilities

  • and Responsibilities: Clinical and Program Leadership Supervise and guide Clinical Therapists in the delivery of individual, group, and family therapy services.
  • Oversee behavioral health programs, ensuring compliance with DCFS, Cook County, COA, and Medicaid standards.
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
  • Staff Development and Supervision Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinical and support staff, including interns.
