Key Responsibilities

and Responsibilities: Clinical and Program Leadership Supervise and guide Clinical Therapists in the delivery of individual, group, and family therapy services.

Oversee behavioral health programs, ensuring compliance with DCFS, Cook County, COA, and Medicaid standards.

Review and approve clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.

Staff Development and Supervision Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinical and support staff, including interns.
