Title: Residential Counselor - MAP Pay Range: $20 (May earn up to 23.25) Schedule: Sat 10a-8p/ Mon 10a-5p/ Tue 12p-7p/ Wed & Fri 12p-8p FLSA: Non Exempt Who We Are: Founded in Brockton, MA in 1975, BAMSI is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization “bringing people and services together.

Key Responsibilities

MAP (Medication Administration Program) certificationis required for this position. Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer

provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months.

Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.

Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
