About the Role
Join Team Recovery Ohio LLC as a Intake Therapist – Contingent in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete diagnostic assessments and diagnose substance use disorders and/or other co-occurring psychiatric disorders within scope of practice.
- Initiate personalized treatment plans with the client based on their recommended level of care.
- Complete documentation on all services rendered in a timely manner.
- Assist in de-escalating issues and responding to emergencies, administering care while contacting and communicating with appropriate emergency personnel.
