The Specialty Clinical Associate will provide direct patient care in the Medical ICU and step-down unit, including performing critical care procedures and leading multidisciplinary rounds. Additionally, the role involves supervising and mentoring advanced practice providers while contributing to quality improvement and administrative initiatives.
Candidates must hold an M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree and be board-certified or eligible in Critical Care Medicine. Applicants must also be eligible for California licensure and demonstrate experience in quality improvement and leadership.
