Part Time Solo Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant $5K Sign On Bonus

You'll drive a company vehicle to patients' homes and provide comprehensive assessments, treatments, and minor procedures. Compensation is competitive at $68-$77 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. You'll work 1-2 shifts per week, seeing 4-7 patients per shift, allowing you to maintain work-life balance.
