About the Role

Join Palomar Health as a Subacute Nurse Practitioner – Clinical Lead in United States. As a member of the leadership team the nurse practitioner serves as an expert clinician and role model in a subacute skilled nursing setting. Works collaboratively with physician counterparts to manage the health care needs for specified patient populations.

Requirements

  • 5 years clinical nursing Preferred Experience: 1
  • 2 years work with skilled nursing patients as NP Required Certification: American Heart Association recognized BLS

  • Full-Time position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
