Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications: An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s Mission Bachelor’s degree in Social Work strongly preferred, related degrees will be considered.

Licensed Social worker in Ohio, strongly preferred.

Experience and/or strong interest in community outreach, organization, and community capacity development.

Must have an interest and ability to work with people and clients of diverse racial, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds in a sensitive and culturally appropriate manner.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $55K

25 days PTO.
