The physician will provide hands-on primary care, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and considering social determinants of health affecting outcomes. Responsibilities include spending 100% of time clinically focused on direct patient care, seeing 12-15 patients per day with longer authorized appointments.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree and be board certified or eligible in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine. A valid, unrestricted state license and an unrestricted DEA license are mandatory requirements.
