Requirements

Candidates must possess Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of Illinois, along with Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance Licenses. Completion of a master’s level program in the specialty area and current BLS/CPR certification are required, with prior APN/PA experience being preferred.
