Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured group therapy sessions for patients dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of the patient population.

• Conduct assessments to determine group treatment plans and monitor progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma

• informed care. Spiritual advisor/ background for some candidates also preferred Ability to manage a dynamic and sometimes high

• risk patient population with professionalism and empathy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
