Key Responsibilities

Facilitate structured group therapy sessions for patients dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of the patient population.

Conduct assessments to determine group treatment plans and monitor progress.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

informed care. Spiritual advisor/ background for some candidates also preferred Ability to manage a dynamic and sometimes high
