Key Responsibilities
- Services That Address Client Goals: o Partner with each client on the caseload to develop individualized Service Plans based on client-identified goals.
- o Support clients in pursuing Service Plan goals through coaching, teaching, individual and group counseling.
- o Collaborate with other East House staff and external providers for referrals and client services.
- o Efficiently manage an assigned caseload while maintaining accessibility to each client.
Requirements
- Monroe Anti
- 5 years of experience; OR, Associates + 1
- 3 years of experience; OR, Bachelors + 0
- 1 years of experience. Autonomy: Performs day
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $23/hr.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
