Key Responsibilities

• Services That Address Client Goals: o Partner with each client on the caseload to develop individualized Service Plans based on client-identified goals.

• o Support clients in pursuing Service Plan goals through coaching, teaching, individual and group counseling.

• o Collaborate with other East House staff and external providers for referrals and client services.

• o Efficiently manage an assigned caseload while maintaining accessibility to each client.

Requirements

• Monroe Anti

• 5 years of experience; OR, Associates + 1

• 3 years of experience; OR, Bachelors + 0

• 1 years of experience. Autonomy: Performs day

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $23/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
