Join Talbert House as a Resident Advisor - Mental Health (1st Shift/Part Time/Weekends) in United States. As a Residential Advisor, you’ll be a key part of that mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a consistent, calming presence by overseeing daily client activities and ensuring a safe, structured environment
  • Conduct routine safety checks and facility rounds to keep everything running smoothly
  • Support clients in developing decision

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0–2 years of experience (we provide training and support!)
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (if driving is part of the role) Essential Functions/Physical Demands:
  • Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Frequent standing and walking. Occasional sitting.

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Day shift only - no nights.
