Key Responsibilities
- Be a consistent, calming presence by overseeing daily client activities and ensuring a safe, structured environment
- Conduct routine safety checks and facility rounds to keep everything running smoothly
- Support clients in developing decision
- making and life skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of experience (we provide training and support!)
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (if driving is part of the role) Essential Functions/Physical Demands:
- Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Frequent standing and walking. Occasional sitting.
Work Schedule
- Part-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
- Day shift only - no nights.
