• Job Requirements Minimum Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

• 2 years of experience in inpatient hospital setting required, inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

• Required Licenses, Certifications, and/or Documentation: Current state CNA certification required.

• BLS certification required.
