The nurse will perform remote triage for incoming patient calls, evaluate health status, and provide patient education regarding treatments and medications. They will also coordinate patient testing, manage medication refills, and ensure timely flow of patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Kansas and possess at least one year of nursing experience. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with proficiency in professional nursing principles and patient communication.
