Substance Use Counselor

Key Responsibilities

The counselor will provide compassionate individual and group therapy while managing patient recovery plans and documentation. They will also perform assessments, provide crisis intervention, and act as a liaison for patient care needs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold at least an Associate’s degree in a social or health services field and possess relevant certification such as SACIT. Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings is required, along with knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
