The Behavior Analyst will supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment plan fidelity and conduct functional behavior assessments. They will also develop innovative ABA programs and provide ongoing parent education to support client progress.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires residency in the Pacific or Mountain time zones and the ability to pass background and health screenings.
