BEAUTY THERAPIST - HOTEL 5* FIRENZE

The Beauty Therapist will be responsible for performing all treatments according to established operational standards and protocols, ensuring all equipment, products, and rooms are clean and orderly. They must also proactively approach retail after-sales support and assist colleagues when necessary.

Candidates must have a diploma in Aesthetics and a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in high-level hotel structures, with excellent command of both spoken and written English and Italian. Strong customer focus, high-level treatment standards, adequate professional standing for a 5-star hotel context, flexibility, teamwork, strong commercial ability, and knowledge of a second foreign language are also required.
