About the Role

Join NHG as a Pharmacist in United States. PharmacistAbout The JobYou will provide good pharmaceutical care to our patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. On a daily basis, you will review patients’ prescriptions and medication charts for appropriateness of drugs prescribed and perform interventions on drug-related problems.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent
  • Eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
  • Able to work in a fast
  • paced environment
