About the Role
Serve adult and geriatric Veterans in the Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Program in Jackson, Michigan. Provide high-quality case management, clinical treatment, and advocacy.
The Offer
This full-time, permanent position offers a salary range of $69,025 to $108,563 per year at GS 9-11 levels. Travel up to 50% is required. No relocation assistance is provided.
