Key Responsibilities
- & DUTIES: Completes comprehensive chemical use evaluations and assessments on adolescents referred or selected in relation to their use of alcohol or other drugs.
- Completes all necessary paperwork including reports, documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and termination summaries in a timely manner and in accordance with program policies.
Requirements
- in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adolescents and families required.
- Licensed mental health practitioner in the state of Nebraska (LMHP) required.
- Licensed or provisionally licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Nebraska (LADC or PLADC) or willingness to attain provisional status within 12 months of employment required.
