Key Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients.

• Serve as a physician member of a health team.

• Coordinate activities with other members of the health team in the administration of patient services.

• Refer patients to other medical areas of the hospital for further examination, diagnosis and treatment as medical condition may warrant.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of a medical school accredited by the Council on Medical Education.

• Completion of an accredited residency program.

• Experience: None Licenses, Certifications: Licensed by the New York State Department of Education.

• Certified/Eligible by Specialty Boards.
