Key Responsibilities
- will complete level of care assessments and provide recommendations for patients presenting to Sturdy Memorial Hospital, located in Attleboro, MA.

- Provide support, training and education to mental/behavioral health care and case management staff as needed.
- Develop and execute group counseling sessions.
