Pharmacist – Home Infusion – $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will oversee sterile compounding, verify medication orders, and monitor patient drug therapy to ensure clinical excellence. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients on safe medication administration.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or B.S. in Pharmacy and possess an active, unrestricted Arizona Pharmacist license. At least 2 years of pharmacist experience is required, with preference given to those with home infusion or sterile compounding backgrounds.
