Pharmacist PRN

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for managing drug distribution, central operations, and IV admixture while providing clinical support in a fast-paced hospital environment. They also participate in patient drug therapy monitoring and provide discharge medication instructions to patients.

Requirements

Candidates must have successfully completed all educational requirements for state licensure and hold a current state pharmacist license. A PharmD or BS Pharm with an advanced degree or hospital pharmacy residency is preferred.
