Key Responsibilities

The Registered Respiratory Therapist delivers advanced respiratory care for patients across the lifespan with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions, performing critical diagnostics and managing mechanical ventilation. Essential functions include independently managing ventilator settings, performing advanced diagnostics like ABG analysis, and providing emergency respiratory support.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program and hold current state licensure, RRT credential, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Preferred experience is three years in respiratory therapy, demonstrating proficiency in ventilator management and critical care procedures.
