Key Responsibilities

• Ensures confidentiality to our customers by creating and maintaining a secure and trusting environment; maintains HIPAA compliance
• Maintains clinic flow, monitoring patient location and wait time
• Reports any observations or concerns to the nurse or provider
• Communicates with providers, leaders, and staff to maintain clinic operations
• Alerts provider or Registered Nurse (RN) of any patient needing immediate assistance
• Communicates with clinic leader about the quantity of supplies that equipment needed for patient care is available at all times for the clinic needs

Requirements

• In lieu of this education, 6 months of experience in a patient care role would be considered
• Provides exceptional care to patients and families to fulfill our patient experience promise
• Prepares for clinic by completing paperwork procedures, assuring all necessary information, prior authorizations or pre-certifications, etc

Work Schedule

• Night and/or weekend hours may be required during high volume or viral surge periods where additional patient access is needed
