Key Responsibilities
- Ensures confidentiality to our customers by creating and maintaining a secure and trusting environment; maintains HIPAA compliance
- Maintains clinic flow, monitoring patient location and wait time
- Reports any observations or concerns to the nurse or provider
- Communicates with providers, leaders, and staff to maintain clinic operations
- Alerts provider or Registered Nurse (RN) of any patient needing immediate assistance
- Communicates with clinic leader about the quantity of supplies that equipment needed for patient care is available at all times for the clinic needs
Requirements
- In lieu of this education, 6 months of experience in a patient care role would be considered
- Provides exceptional care to patients and families to fulfill our patient experience promise
- Prepares for clinic by completing paperwork procedures, assuring all necessary information, prior authorizations or pre-certifications, etc

- Assists with the collection and documentation of patient information such as: vitals, measurements, health screenings, allergies, and home medications
Work Schedule
- Night and/or weekend hours may be required during high volume or viral surge periods where additional patient access is needed
