Key Responsibilities

The Clinic Director will oversee all clinic operations, including staff recruitment, community outreach, and the delivery of high-quality pediatric ABA services. They will also act as an investing partner to help shape the clinic's culture, patient experience, and financial growth.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current or pending BCBA license and have graduated from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program. Previous pediatric experience is strongly preferred for this leadership role.
