The Behavioral Health Case Manager provides therapeutic services, service planning, and treatment coordination for clients with mental health or behavioral needs. They are responsible for crisis prevention, linkage to resources, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and three years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the willingness to travel within the service area are required.
