• Clinical Leadership & Governance Provide clinical leadership and oversight to CYP mental health practitioners.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Head of Mental Health on governance, quality assurance and clinical policy development.

• Drive quality improvement initiatives, audits and clinical risk management.

• Act as a trusted clinical voice and deputy to the Clinical Head of Mental Health when needed.
