Telehealth LCSW – Locum Tenens (3-Month Minimum)

About the Role

Join MASC Medical as a Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing virtual outpatient mental health care to seniors with serious mental illness and substance use disorders. This locum tenens contract role is fully remote with minimal travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and ongoing care for seniors with SMI and SUD.
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PCPs, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient education tailored to individual needs.
• Offer timely psychiatric urgent care.
• Document clinical work promptly in EHR.

Requirements

• Current LCSW license in Florida with eligibility for Texas.
• 3-5 years post-licensure experience.
• Skilled in telehealth communication and EHR documentation.
• Proficient in evidence-based psychosocial treatments.
