About the Role
Join Fairview Health Services as a Addiction Medicine Physician – Outpatient, M-F in United States. Job Overview Fairview is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Addiction Medicine Physician to join our Behavioral Health team in a 0.50 FTE outpatient role based in Minneapolis.
Key Responsibilities
- will provide outpatient addiction medicine care and consultative services to patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions within our Recovery Services and Addiction Medicine Clinics.
- provide outpatient addiction medicine care and consultative services to patients with substance use disorder.
- Provide comprehensive medical evaluation and management of patients with substance use disorders Deliver car.
