Key Responsibilities

The therapist will partner with primary care providers to deliver evidence-based behavioral health interventions and whole-patient care. They are responsible for leveraging real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes within a collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess an active, valid license such as LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT. A strong commitment to patient impact and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment are required.
