Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and utilize telehealth to improve patient mobility and independence.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Requires current CPR certification and the physical ability to assist with patient transfers and lift up to 50 lbs.
