The Residence Counselor supports residents with behavioral health needs by providing counseling, encouragement, and advocacy in a home-like setting to promote independence and stability. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed client records, designing and leading programs, delivering on-site support, sharing observations with the treatment team, and assisting clients with community resource access.

Requirements

Applicants must possess four years of related mental health residential experience and a High School Diploma. A valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational insurance standards is also required.
