This position offers no call requirements, weekends off. Work with HealthOp Solutions in Mesa, Arizona.
Provide outpatient care for patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions, including evaluations and treatment plan reviews. Collaborate with specialists to manage chronic conditions and educate patients on risk reduction and lifestyle changes.
Must be a licensed or eligible NP or PA in Arizona with completion of a US-based program. While new graduates are welcome, 2-3 years of relevant experience in cardiology or internal medicine is preferred.
