as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist-Internal Medicine in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update patient profiles with demographics, allergies, and current medications on a daily basis. Promote the use of the formulary by converting non
- formulary orders to formulary, when possible, but coordinates procurement of non
- formulary drugs when necessary.
- Is competent in the range of treatment needed by the following patient as appropriate to the ages (Adult, pediatric, geriatric, adolescent, and psychiatric).

Requirements
Candidates must possess a Pharm.D. or equivalent from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy and hold a current, active pharmacist license in the relevant state, with an ASHP accredited residency preferred. Required skills include thorough knowledge of pharmacy laws, proficiency with new medications and technology, effective communication, and the ability to function effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
