Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients in their homes. You will assess and document patients' physical strengths and develop rehabilitation programs to help them regain independence.

Requirements

A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and a current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license are required. Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals is preferred.
