About the Role

Join UnitedHealth Group as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – HouseCalls, No Weekends in United States. $3,500 Sign on Bonus for external candidates Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our HouseCalls team in Anoka and Hennepin Counties. This is a part-time, per assessment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • home assessments including an evaluation of past medical history, review of systems, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and comprehensive physical exam Perform evidence

Requirements

  • Gerontology Primary Care, or Adult
  • Gerontology Acute Care certification, or the ability to obtain national certification and/or NP or PA license in state of assignment by start date; OR for PAs
  • Physician Assistant national certification through NCCPA Ability to complete physical requirements of the job including moving a 30
