Requirements

• Provide outpatient nursing services as outlined in the Job Summary and within the scope of RN licensure.

• Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team to support integrated care for clients with substance use disorders and co‑occurring conditions.

• Provide health education and group psychoeducation services in accordance with MN Statute 245G.

• Coordinate with internal staff and external medical providers as needed to support continuity of care.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $71K - $99K
