About the Role

Join St. Peter's Health Regional Medical Center as a Mobile Crisis Therapist – Days, 0.9 FTE in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond immediately to crisis dispatches using a hospital‑provided vehicle.
  • Conduct mental status and risk assessments using standardized tools.
  • Provide trauma‑informed crisis intervention, de‑escalation, and brief therapeutic support.
  • Collaborate with allied responders (peer support, CHW, EMT, master's‑level trainee, etc.).

Requirements

  • Therapist I: Licensure‑candidate clinician (SWLC or PCLC), practicing under supervision.
  • Key Responsibilities (Both Levels)
  • Respond immediately to crisis dispatches using a hospital‑provided vehicle.
  • Conduct mental status and risk assessments using standardized tools.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Day shift only - no nights.
