The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive nursing care, diagnose illnesses, and perform therapeutic and prescriptive measures within a collaborative practice agreement. They will also work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans while ensuring continuity of care across services.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing and current New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, Basic Life Support certification is required, and at least five years of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
