- Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
