Job Overview Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Physician to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic – Midway. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on-site specialties and a long-tenured, highly experienced support staff.
This position offers no call requirements. Work with Fairview Health Services in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Provide primary care services to patients in a collaborative, team-based model with an average of 18-22 encounters per day. Participate in population health management and care coordination as part of the Accountable Care Organization.
Must be a graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program. Candidates must be board certified or board prepared and eligible for Minnesota medical licensure.
