Key Responsibilities

Provide end

end leadership of Optima Medical’s integrated and virtual Behavioral Health program

Ensure fidelity to the Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) model and clinical workflows

Oversee psychiatric providers, Behavioral Health Care Coordinators (BHCs), managers, and operational leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field

5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health operations, integrated care, or primary care settings

Direct experience with Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) models

Strong understanding of psychiatric provider workflows and measurement
