  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health operations, integrated care, or primary care settings
  • Direct experience with Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) models
  • Strong understanding of psychiatric provider workflows and measurement
