Key Responsibilities
- Provide care coordination and direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family counseling.
- Deliver crisis intervention and case management services to assigned clients.
- Develop, implement, and revise treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Educate and support clients’ families while advocating for client rights and preferences.
