About the Role

Join Centra Health as a Mental Health Technician-EmPATH-PRN in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide care to individuals receiving services in a manner that ensures safety, client's rights, confidentiality, comfort, dignity and a therapeutic environment

centered planning. Ensure that the individuals receiving services maintain appropriate personal hygiene, perform activities of daily living and receive the proper nutrition

Assist with self

help skills as necessary and keep nursing informed of the condition of individuals receiving services. Prepare written reports (vital signs, census reports, incident reports for example) as necessary
