• As an AgeRight Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s place of residence.

• Care is provided under a physician’s order and coordinated through quality practice, case management, and through all aspects of the nursing process.

• The Registered Nurse is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team and provides supervision of the Home Health Aide & Licensed Practical Nurse.
