About the Role
Join Hospice of Muskegon County as a Hospice Social Worker – Part Time, Weekend Rotation in Muskegon, Michigan.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates social work services for the home care program or Poppen residence in community based home or facility setting.

- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES (other duties may be assigned) Knowledge of the social services concept and philosophy.
Requirements
- Current State of Michigan Social Work License (LMSW or LLMSW) and Drivers License.
Work Schedule
- Part-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
